A Bill to amend Section 56-1-510, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
1976, relating to unlawful use of and fraudulent applications for a motor
vehicle driver's license or personal identification card, so as to make it
unlawful for a person knowingly to allow his personal identification documents
to be used by another for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining a driver's
license or personal identification card; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding
Section 56-1-512, so as to require the driver's license of a person convicted
of violating Section 56-1-510 to be suspended for six months and to require
convictions to be reported to the South Carolina Department of Highways and
Public Transportation.
