Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 56-5-3650 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 56-5-3650.    (A)    Any motorcycle carrying a passenger, other than in a sidecar or enclosed cab, must be equipped with footrests for its passenger.

(B)    A person shall not operate any motorcycle unless it is PreviousequiNextpped with a rear view mirror which will afford the operator ample vision to the rear at all PrevioustimesNext."
