TO CONGRATULATE LILLIE SARAH KELLY OF SPARTANBURG COUNTY ON THE OCCASION OF HER TWENTY-FIRST BIRTHDAY AND TO WISH HER A JOYOUS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AND MANY MORE YEARS OF HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives are delighted to learn that Lillie Sarah Kelly of Spartanburg County is celebrating the twenty-first year of her birth on this day, January 26, 2010; and

Whereas, one of a fine family of three girls, Lillie Sarah Kelly, daughter of South Carolina Representative Keith Kelly and his wife, Cindy Kelly, was born on January 26, 1989, and presently studies at the University of South Carolina as a pharmacy major, with plans to graduate in May 2013; and

Whereas, rejoicing in the pleasure of having two siblings, Lillie Sarah Kelly counts among her best friends sisters Whitney Jo Kelly Williams and Hannah Carole Kelly, who also celebrate with her today; and

Whereas, the House of Representatives is pleased to honor Lillie Sarah Kelly on the felicitous occasion of her twenty-first birthday and joins with her family and friends in wishing her many happy returns of the day as she celebrates this special milestone. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, congratulate Lillie Sarah Kelly of Spartanburg County on the occasion of her twenty-first birthday and wish her a joyous birthday celebration and many more years of health and happiness.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to Lillie Sarah Kelly.
