 A Concurrent Resolution congratulating the boys' track team of the South
 Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind on winning for the second consecutive
 year the title of National Deaf Prep Champions and the boys' and girls' track
 teams on placing second in the State Class "A" Track Meet and to recognize and
 commend Coach William Ramborger on being named South Carolina State Track
 Coach for the second consecutive year.
