 A Bill to establish courts of limited jurisdicition to be known as "District
 Courts", the area and boundaries of such courts to be coterminous with
 existing Judicial Circuits; to establish divisions within such District
 Courts; to provide for the jurisdiction of such divisions which shall be
 concurrent with that of other courts of competent jurisdicition and funding of
 such District Court System.
