T.W. Edwards, D.O. Hawkins and S.P. Manning
 A Bill to amend Section 12-37-250, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to the homestead exemption, so as to repeal the requirement
 that the annual application or certification be filed annually by totally and
 permanently disabled persons; and to provide that the exemption may be granted
 for an indefinite period provided the person continues to maintain his
 eligibility status.
