 A Bill to amend Section 12-35-110, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to sales tax, so as to provide that automatic merchandising
 companies vending food or beverages for human consumption through vending
 machines shall be deemed the user or consumer of such products.
