 A Bill to amend Section 12-7-700, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to deductions which are allowable in computing net income,
 so as to eliminate the requirement that a business or industry must be a new
 business or industry or must be an additional business or industry before a
 taxpayer shall be permitted to take advantage of certain net operating loss
 carryover rules and to allow such carryover deductions for a period of five
 years instead of three.
