 A Bill to amend Section 12-7-700, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to deductions which are allowable in computing net income,
 so as to change the date for adoption of certain Federal Internal Revenue Code
 Sections so as to adopt the federal assets depreciation range method for
 computing income tax for assets acquired in and after 1979.
