 A Concurrent Resolution commending Mr. Rudolph P. Dawkins, Assistant to the
 Superintendent of School District 6, Spartanburg County, and his wife, Mrs.
 Hilliard H. Dawkins, Librarian at Lincoln Middle School in District 6 for
 their many years of service and outstanding contributions to the education
 program of the District, and to extend to them every best wish upon their
 retirement.
