H 3836 General Bill, By T.W. Edwards and B.E. Huff
 A Bill to empower counties and incorporated municipalities to acquire,
 develop, construct, improve, equip, and rehabilitate residential housing, and
 to finance any of the foregoing; to finance, sell, lease or otherwise dispose
 of residential housing; to issue revenue bonds to defray the cost of
 acquiring, developing, constructing, improving, equipping and rehabilitating
 residential housing and to enter into loan agreements in connection therewith;
 to provide for the use of the bond proceeds and for the repayment of the
 bonds; to prescribe the terms and conditions upon which revenue bonds may be
 issued and to provide for other matters related thereto.
