Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina: Voting precincts, Spartanburg County, revised and renamed SECTION 1. Section 7-7-490 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 272 of 2006, is further amended to read: "Section 7-7-490. Edwards Recreation Center Una Fire Station Victor Mill Methodist Wellford Fire Station West Side Baptist West View Elementary White Stone Methodist Whitlock Jr. High Woodland Heights Recreation Center Woodruff American Legion Woodruff Armory Drive Fire Station Woodruff Fire Station Woodruff Town Hall (B) The precinct lines defining the precincts in subsection (A) are as shown on the official map on file with the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board and as shown on copies provided to the Board of Voter Registration of the county by the Office of Research and Statistics designated as document P-83-09. (C) The polling places for the precincts listed in subsection (A) must be determined by the Spartanburg County Election Commission with the approval of a majority of the Spartanburg County Legislative Delegation." Time effective SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. Ratified the 27th day of May, 2009. Approved the 2nd day of June, 2009.
