 A Bill to amend Act 490 of 1976, as amended, relating to regional health
 services districts, so as to further provide for the manner in which these
 districts may be established and for the provisions which govern the operation
 of these districts, to amend Chapter 7 of Title 44, relating to hospitals and
 health services districts by adding Article 16 so as to permit health services
 districts established pursuant to Act 490 of 1976 to incorporate under the
 provisions and requirements of Article 16 and to permit certain other public
 health and hospital corporations to reincorporate under the provisions of this
 Article, and to amend Section 44-7-1430, as amended, relating to the Hospital
 Revenue Bond Act, so as to revise the definition of "hospital facilities"
 thereunder.
