 A Bill to amend Act 163 of 1977, as amended, relating to the South Carolina
 Education Finance Act, so as to add another pupil classification for the
 purpose of computing weightings between school programs in order that funds
 may be equally distributed on the basis of pupil needs and to provide certain
 State funding for young farmer departments in the public schools of this
 State.
