S 0281 General Bill, By W.W. Doar
 A Bill to provide that the age of an applicant, without a driving violation
 for three years, shall not be used in the classification grouping or fixing of
 rates for motor vehicle insurance and provide that drivers under the age of
 twenty-five years who accumulate no more than two points against their
 operating record in any year shall pay no higher premium than applicants over
 twenty-five years with equal driving records.
