 A House Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives by
 adding Rule 13, so as to provide for the payment of authorized annual
 compensation to members of the House in four equal installments and prohibit
 payments to members not attending more than sixty-six percent of the days the
 House is convened to consider contested statewide matters.
