H 3853 Resolution, By  House Rules
 A House Resolution to amend Rule 8.6, relating to a motion for the Previous
 Question and the limitation of debate, so as to provide that debate on Special
 Order Resolutions shall be limited to a total of two hours, with the time
 being equally divided between the opponents and proponents with no person to
 speak more than ten minutes.
