S 0549 General Bill, By T.E. Garrison
 A Bill to amend Act 163 of 1977, as amended, relating to the South Carolina
 Education Finance Act, so as to increase the weighting factor for the
 vocational pupil classification, such factor to be used for providing the
 relative cost differences between school programs in order that funds may be
 equally distributed on the basis of pupil needs.
