H 3226 General Bill, By Harvin
 A Bill to amend Section 44-53-530, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to the forfeiture and disposition of conveyances used to
 transport illegal drugs, so as to provide that the net proceeds of the sale of
 any forfeited aircraft shall be divided equally between the state and the unit
 of government of the agency making the seizure.
