H 3240 General Bill, By E.W. Simpson
 A Bill to amend Section 12-43-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to the classification of property for tax purposes and the
 assessment ratios thereof, so as to provide that beginning with the tax year
 1982 legal residences and not more than five acres contiguous thereto shall be
 taxed on an assessment equal to three percent of fair market value.
