 A Bill to reduce the countywide tax levy for public schools in Anderson County
 to ten mills for the 1983 tax year and to eliminate it completely for the 1984
 tax year and thereafter; to provide that the school districts of the County
 may provide tax levies sufficient to equal revenue lost by the reduction and
 elimination of the countywide tax levy without a referendum; to amend Act 868
 of 1950, as amended, relating to public schools in Anderson County, so as to
 repeal the provisions establishing tax levies for elementary and high schools.
