 A Bill to amend Section 12-43-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to equal and uniform classifications of property, particular
 classifications, assessment ratios, procedures for claiming certain
 classifications, and roll-back of taxes, so as to redefine certain
 corporations which are eligible for a four percent assessment with respect to
 agricultural real property which is actually used for such agricultural
 purposes.
