H 2833 General Bill, By Martin
 A Bill to amend Sections 42-3-25, 42-3-40, 42-3-80, 42-3-90, and 42-3-110,
 Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Industrial Commission,
 so as to provide that the Executive Director shall supervise the judicial and
 the administrative departments of the Commission; provide that the salary of
 the Chairman of the Commission be increased from eighty-five percent to ninety
 percent of the salary paid to circuit judges and that the Commissioners
 receive a subsistence allowance equal to the circuit judges instead of
 thirty-five dollars a day; provide for the appointment of deputy commissioners
 and provide that the annual salary for deputy commissioners be sixty percent
 of the salary paid to the commissioners; authorize the Commission to establish
 as many divisions as necessary to perform its duties; and require the Chairman
 or, in his absence, the Executive Director, to approve all expense and travel
 vouchers; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 42-19-50 so as to
 provide a penalty for an insurance carrier that fails to file a report of
 insurance coverage.
