S 0541 General Bill, By P.B. McLeod
 A Bill to amend Section 15-78-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to exceptions to a governmental entity's liability under the South
 Carolina Tort Claims Act, so as to except any loss on public ways, easements,
 or properties over which the entity has control upon which a public utility or
 private business encroaches or over which it projects and to provide that the
 entity is not liable for loss if the work is performed by a private contractor
 who has secured insurance or an indemnity bond whose limits are equal to or
 greater than the limits of liability prescribed in Chapter 78 of Title 15.
