S 1452 General Bill, By Passailaigue
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 12-54-53, so as to impose a state income tax penalty equal to fifty percent of
 the federal income tax penalty imposed by the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 on
 all premature distributions.
