S 1493 General Bill, By M.T. Rose
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 12-7-1257 so as to allow a state income tax credit for a licensed physician
 who provides professional services to an indigent patient in an amount equal
 to five percent of the amount that would be paid by the state health plan for
 the services provided.
