 A Bill to amend Section 22-3-950, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the power of magistrates to punish for contempt, so as to provide
 a penalty equal to the maximum sentence that may be imposed by magistrates
 pursuant to Section 22-3-550.
