TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO IRMO MIDDLE SCHOOL IN LEXINGTON COUNTY AT A TIME AND DATE TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED FOR RECEIVING THE SUDLER CUP, THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS INTERNATIONAL AWARD GIVEN BY THE JOHN PHILIP SOUSA FOUNDATION TO JUNIOR HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL CONCERT BANDS OF OUTSTANDING MUSICAL EXCELLENCE.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives be extended to Irmo Middle School in Lexington County at a time and date to be determined by the Speaker for the purpose of being recognized for receiving the Sudler Cup, the most prestigious international award given by the John Philip Sousa Foundation to junior high and middle school concert bands of outstanding musical excellence.
