REPORT:

Has polled the Concurrent Resolution out majority favorable.

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO AUTHORIZE PALMETTO BOYS STATE TO USE THE CHAMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2000.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That Palmetto Boys State is authorized to use the chambers of the House of Representatives and Senate on Friday, June 16, 2000, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for its annual legislative activity. If either house is in statewide session, the chamber of that house may not be used.

Be it further resolved that the State House security forces shall provide assistance and access as necessary for this meeting in accordance with previous procedures.

Be it further resolved that no charges may be made for the use of the House and Senate chambers by Palmetto Boys State on these dates.
