A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
29-3-70 so as to provide that loans on real estate may be assigned or assumed
and provide that any prohibition against the assumption of a real estate
mortgage to force a refinancing of the loan at a higher interest rate shall be
null and void.
