 A Bill to amend Chapter 13 of Title 40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to cosmetology and cosmetologists, by adding Section 40-13-245, so as
 to exempt a holder of an individual license from having to take or complete
 any continuing education after having been licensed for thirty years.
