AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF ROAD S 11-686 IN CHEROKEE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road removed from state highway system in Cherokee County

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Road S 11-686 in the Antioch section of Cherokee County, which runs from a cyclone fence gate to an abandoned quarry for an approximate distance of two-tenths of a mile.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
