 A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE AND COMMEND MINISTER SUSIE R. PENTECOST
 OF BERKELEY COUNTY FOR HER MANY OUTSTANDING DEEDS AND HER WONDERFUL SERVICE TO
 THE PEOPLE OF HER COMMUNITY AND THE STATE.

TO RECOGNIZE AND COMMEND MINISTER SUSIE R. PENTECOST OF BERKELEY COUNTY FOR HER MANY OUTSTANDING DEEDS AND HER WONDERFUL SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF HER COMMUNITY AND THE STATE.

Whereas, Susie R. Pentecost has, for many years, spread the word of God to all who would listen. Her untiring efforts to help mankind by counseling and healing the sad hearts of those who feel that life has given them a raw deal has been her life's mission. She reassures everyone that God is constantly knocking at the door for all who would heed His words, thereby teaching to those who would listen that difficulty comes to everyone, but especially to those who do not follow the Master's plan; and

Whereas, Minister Pentecost is founder and pastor of the Revival Center, now Canaan House of Prayer, and she continues to spread the Gospel as a part of Power 106.1 Radio Broadcast, entitled "Search the Scriptures", which airs for one hour on Sunday evenings; and

Whereas, Minister Susie Pentecost served God by converting her own garage into Trinity Mission, of which she is founder and pastor. This wonderful lady looks for audiences every where she goes and as a result has brought many, many souls to Christ; and

Whereas, it seems truly fitting and proper that she be honored as a faithful servant to the community, Berkeley County, and to the State of South Carolina. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly recognize and commend Minister Susie R. Pentecost of Berkeley County for her many outstanding deeds and her wonderful service to the people of her community and the State.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Minister Pentecost.
