A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
16-13-215 so as to provide that public officials and public employees
convicted of a crime within the jurisdiction of the General Sessions Court
which involves misuse or misappropriation of public funds or public property
shall not be eligible for public employment for a period of ten years.
