 A Bill to amend Chapter 21 of Title 14, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the Family Court, by adding Section 14-21-900, so as to empower
 the Court to garnish wages to pay child support and alimony payments; and to
 amend Section 15-39-410 of the 1976 Code, relating to property of debtors
 subject to execution, for the same purpose.
