A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 14 of Article III of the
Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the protection offered
members of the General Assembly during sessions and for ten days before and
after, so as to provide that they shall not be immune from arrest for traffic
violations during such time.
