 A House Resolution to amend Rule 5.6 of the Rules of the House of
 Representatives, relating to first readings of Bills, so as to provide that
 while a Bill is on the desk, before it is actually sent to a Committee, names
 of members wishing to sponsor the Bill may be added to the Bill and names of
 those, except the principal sponsor, who wish to withdraw their sponsorship,
 may be removed with unanimous consent.
