 A Bill to provide that classroom teachers in the public schools shall be
 immune from arrest or service of process within classrooms at the school
 during hours that the school is in session in connection with charges or legal
 actions relating to the treatment of pupils by such classroom teachers and to
 provide penalties for violation.
