 A Bill to amend Title 39, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to
 trade and commerce, by adding Chapter 16 so as to provide for disclosure to
 purchasers of information concerning fine prints sold in limited editions to
 enable purchasers to properly assess the value thereof and provide for civil
 relief against sellers who violate the provisions of the Chapter.
