 A Bill to amend Section 10-9-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the bond required as a condition precedent to dig or mine, so as
 to provide that reports be filed with the Division of Mining and Reclamation
 instead of the Comptroller General; to amend Section 10-9-190, relating to the
 requirement to make a return of the phosphate rock dug during each month, so
 as to provide that such return be made to the Division of Mining and
 Reclamation instead of to the Comptroller General; to amend Section 10-9-200,
 relating to the notification to the Comptroller General of the licenses issued
 to mine phosphate, so as to provide that the Division of Mining and
 Reclamation should be notified instead of the Comptroller General.
