 A Bill to amend Section 59-63-760, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the State's school meal policy, so as to provide that it is the
 policy of the State that schools shall not provide protection or support to
 food or drink concessions which reduce the participation of students in school
 breakfast and lunch programs.
