 A Bill to amend Title 58, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding
 Chapter 37 so as to establish a trust fund and a special kilowatt hour
 assessment for the accumulation of funds for the decommissioning of each
 nuclear power plant in this State after they are retired from service.
