A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
39-5-36, so as to declare the sale of certain wrecked automobiles to be an
unfair trade practice absent certain disclosures, so as to prohibit the sale
of certain other vehicles, and to provide penalties.
