H 2109 General Bill, By P. Evatt, M.D. Cleveland and H.H. Keyserling
 A Bill to amend Section 20-1-230, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to marriage licenses, so as to increase the marriage license fee from
 one dollar to six dollars, and to amend Section 20-1-370, relating to the
 disposition of marriage license fees, so as to provide that the five dollar
 increase in such license fees above provided for shall be used for Family
 Violence Grant Programs of the Department of Social Services.
