 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 38-37-525, to provide that when promulgating risk classification plans or
 rates for motor vehicle liability insurance for male drivers over nineteen
 years of age, the only criteria that may be used to differentiate may be their
 driving record, type, and use of motor vehicle.
