 A Concurrent Resolution to encourage the recycling of solid waste material by
 requesting the Division of General Services to make recommendations in the
 Consolidated Procurement Code, to encourage the political subdivisions of this
 State to develop waste recycling programs, and to request the Joint
 Legislative Committee on Energy to prepare and submit a report to the General
 Assembly by June 30, 1984, analyzing and summarizing the cost and energy
 saving options which can be implemented by government to achieve the
 objectives of this Resolution.
