 A Bill to amend Chapter 1, Title 49, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to water and water resources, by adding Section 49-1-100 so as to
 provide that, in any legal action in which water rights are in issue, the
 Attorney General must be served with a copy of the pleadings if not a party to
 the proceeding, and to permit the Attorney General to intervene in the
 proceeding under certain conditions.
