 A Bill to amend Chapter 1 of Title 53, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 by adding Section 53-1-5 so as to suspend after one p.m. on Sunday the
 prohibition against Sunday work, activities, and events and the selling of
 certain items; and to provide that this Act may not be construed to authorize
 the sale of alcoholic beverages or beer and wine on Sunday.
