 A Bill to amend Chapter 3, Title 53, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to special days by adding Section 53-3-120 so as to designate the
 week beginning the first Sunday of May of each year as "Law Enforcement Week
 in South Carolina", and to create a committee to annually choose the "South
 Carolina Law Enforcement Officer of the Year" to be recognized at a joint
 session of the General Assembly during South Carolina Law Enforcement Week.
