A Bill to amend Act 197 of 1979, as amended, relating to the tax on gasohol,
so as to define "fuel ethanol" and "fuel ethanol blends"; to establish the tax
on fuel ethanol blends at seven cents a gallon until June 30, 1992, subject to
increases in the federal motor fuel tax exemption; to establish tax incentive
eligibility; and to empower the South Carolina Tax Commission to promulgate
regulations.
